Cindy Sommer

Cindy Sommer, Senior Sales Consultant of Criteria for Success Inc., performs “no-nonsense” coaching and consulting to our client sales organizations.  Cindy’s diverse background includes successfully running multi million dollar training divisions, corporate management and mentoring, operations guru and overall change agent.  Cindy also brings strong technical and operations  experience to balance an unbalanced organizational structure via a set of systems which include salesforce automation, remote computer based learning and executing the CFS Sales Playbook best practices. 

Cindy brings over 15 years experience as Managing Director, Chief Operations Officer, sales management, mentoring and coaching. As Managing Director, she created New York’s premier system integration company; NETLAN’s training division from start up to “crown jewel,” becoming the most profitable asset in the organization.  Cindy has consistently exceeded expectations at every level!
