Our approach takes time. While most clients notice improvement in sales behaviors almost instantly, we believe that the way to maximize the return on your training investment is through a yearlong engagement which will include a variety of activities.
1. Exploration and Assessment
Working with both sales people and management, we have a dynamic process to assess your sales systems and processes. Our focus in this is to not only understand how your people work but, more importantly, how they perceive your customer's needs and how to better meet them.
2. Two Days, One Page Sales Intensive
We kick off the training component with an intensive 2-day program that gets everyone on the same page. Some of the issues we’ll explore together:
- Investing in your customer’s success
- Personal communication style and behavior
- Distinguishing between a suspect and a prospect
- Getting clients to buy in before they buy
- Practical, specific plans to succeed
- Time management: shifitng from "to do" to "ta da!"
3. Ongoing Collaboration
To make sure your success is systematic and not just a post-training spurt, we provide on going support through management consulting, one-on-one coaching, training and educational tools.
