Responsibilities
·       Acquire rapid, in-depth knowledge of our sales improvement offering and keep this knowledge current.
·       Deliver the 2 day CFS Sales Intensive training.
·       Develop, modify, and maintain training curriculum.
·       Draft objectives to describe the outcomes that new or revised training programs should accomplish.
·       Develop skill hierarchies for training curriculum to determine where the instruction makes the greatest impact to the participants.
·       Developing criteria to measure the success of the instruction.
·       Draft instruction for participant lessons, exercises, case studies and role-practice scenarios, group led, self-directed, on-line and other delivery vehicles.
·       Sell and perform sales related activities to “preach what we practice” and to help grow revenues for our company.
·       Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
 
Requirements
·       Strong people management skills, including the ability to coach and develop others.
·       10+ years being a top producing, “winning” sales person.
·       Have managed sales teams and business people and demonstrated great leadership skills.
·       Great organization skills and detailed oriented.
·       Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
·       Results oriented; excellent follow through skills.
·       Ability to work in a fast paced growing environment.
·       Strong verbal communications.
·       Strong writing skills.
·       Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and various training delivery methods.
